Cranborne Chase AONB is hosting a stargazing evening at The Langton Arms, Tarrant Monkton near Blandford.
Join their astronomers and learn more about our dark night skies in this International Dark Sky Reserve. Everyone is welcome and the event is free to attend but please ensure you book your place.
The Langton Arms is kindly hosting us for the evening and they have generously offered their function room and offer a takeaway and an eat-in menu until 8 pm so you can book your table in advance.
In the event of bad weather Steve Tonkin, the Dark Skies Advisor at Cranborne Chase AONB will present a talk on what you might have seen if it hadn’t have been so cloudy / hosing it down so either way you will get your fix of stars and planets!
This event is taking place as part of Cranborne Chase StarFest 2022.
