Stargazing at Parkhead Station

Join the team from Parkhead Station together with local astronomer Si Rowland to launch our new stargazing events. Weather permitting, Si will take us on a laser-guided night sky tour, pointing out the major constellations and showing us exciting objects such as planets, galaxies, star clusters and nebulae through his telescopes. The event will also include an indoor presentation where there will be an opportunity to see and hold some meteorites and actual rocks from outer space!
