Stargazing at Lake Vyrnwy
Friday 3rd February 2023 from 18:00pm to 20:30pm
RSPB Lake Vyrnwy - Llyn Efyrnwy
Llanwddyn, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY10 0LZ
Lake Vyrnwy is the perfect place to discover the stars overhead. Join Snowdonia National Park’s Dark Sky Officer and us and learn why our famous Dark Skies are crucial for humans, biodiversity, and our view of the stars.
If the weather allows, there will be a stargazing session where you can use binoculars and telescopes to explore our beautiful night sky, learn to identify constellations and plants, and maybe even see a shooting star or two!
If the weather is poor, there’ll be extra time to chat and learn about all things space! Hot drinks and biscuits will be available.
Please note that this has already taken place on 03/02/2023
