Meet at Old Winchester Hill (main car park) for a star party with astronomers and telescopes from Hampshire Astronomical Group and the South Downs National Park Authority who will guide you around the cosmos. These events are completely free so just turn up but they will be weather dependent so check the South Downs National Park website or social media on the day to make sure the conditions are clear enough for them to go ahead.
