Keld, Richmond, DL11 6LJ, Yorkshire and The Humber
Join experienced astronomer Richard Darn from the Go Stargazing team for a stunning view of the spring night sky in the ultra dark village of Keld in Upper Swaledale. This event is part of the National Parks Dark Sky Festival 2020 and we'll take you on a magical tour using powerful telescopes to spy distant galaxies and sparkling star clusters. There will also be colourful talks to set the scene in the resource centre and warm refreshments and cake. Plus we'll let you try a virtual reality tour of the heavens. Goes ahead in all weather (unless conditions are dangerous).
