Join the friendly astronomers from the Salford Astronomical Society at their fabulous observatory to witness the Moon partially covering (eclipsing) the Sun. Special solar telescopes will be available for observations and eclipse glasses to view safely. This is free event with no booking required. The eclipse starts at approx 10:08 and ends approx 12:00.
