Space is the theme, so get ready for an out of this world experience at Wales’s largest Science Discovery Centre, set on the waterfront of Cardiff Bay.
Astrophysicist Dr Mark Smith delivers a fascinating presentation on the Sun, Solar Physics and Nuclear Fusion — no previous knowledge required!
Star Tours — Find out more about some familiar constellations, the planets, how stars are born and how they die. Our digital planetarium can take you through space for a close-up look at some of nature’s most beautiful sights such as distant galaxies and exploded stars.
In addition, astronomers from the Cardiff Astronomical Society will be in attendance with their telescopes!
