Reservoir Road, Ruislip, HA4 7TY
Everyone is invited to join astronomers from West of London Astronomical Society (WOLAS) for this public stargazing event at Ruislip Lido. Organised to coincide with BBC Stargazing Live 2017 and running across three evenings the society members will be on hand with their telescopes. The crescent moon will look awesome through a scope and the location at the lido is dark enough to also view some of the brighter galaxies. This event is free of charge, the tea rooms will be open and there are facilities on site. This event will only go ahead if weather permits and event organisers ask that you check the WOLAS website homepage before setting off.
Please note that this event has already taken place on 31/03/2017
