Join the Derby & District Astronomical Society astronomers for a marathon day and evening of stargazing! From 2 pm, there will be an opportunity to observe the Sun using special solar telescopes. Enjoy amazing views of the skies above in the evening, including the planets Jupiter, Saturn and Mars. If you have a telescope, bring it along! This practical astronomy event is free with no booking required.
