Everyone is welcome to join the members of Papworth Astronomy Club for this one of their regular monthly meetings that take place on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding June and July). These events include a variety of guest speakers, equipment demonstrations and viewing sessions. Refreshments provided for a small fee.

Event darkness

The Moon has a big impact on the visibility of celestial bodies in the night sky. Try to plan your stargazing when there is no bright Moon at night as this is when the skies will be at their darkest.
