Trent Astronomical Observatory
Clifton Campus, Erasmus Darwin Buildings, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG11 8NF
Open Dome Nights are regular public open evenings of Trent Astronomical Observatory on the Clifton Campus of Nottingham Trent University.
These events are an excellent opportunity to meet the astronomers and scientists from the University, ask questions about all things astronomical and enjoy a variety of science-related presentations.
If the weather permits, you’ll be able to observe through their large 16″ aperture telescope — if not, there’ll be a backup plan with a planetarium show.
Tickets cost £5 per person (children and NTU Students free), with reservations made via Nottingham Trent University’s website.
Please note that this has already taken place on 23/02/2023
