When the sun sets and the stars come out, our skies are transformed. Once you understand the basics of how your camera operates and the best times to observe, then spectacular images unfold.
So come and spend an evening with Steve Bell at Helmsley Walled Garden and discover how to take great night sky images. There will be a short talk explaining all the technical aspects. Then, after a warm drink, there will be plenty of time to take your own pictures with guidance from Steve.
This event takes place as part of the National Parks Dark Sky Festival 2020 which runs from 14th February to 1st March.
- Event offers guidance and tuition on how to take night-time photographs using a camera and tripod or using a telescope in place of a camera lens.
