The friendly and welcoming Nene Valley Astronomical Society members host regular observing sessions, weather permitting, each Friday evening from September to April, breaking for Christmas and Easter.
To confirm that weather conditions are expected to permit observing, please check either their Facebook or X (Twitter) accounts from 6 p.m. on the evening for a ‘go or no go’ announcement.
Observing takes place at the far end of the car park. Note that there is no access to the hall itself on observing evening. Therefore, no facilities are available.
