Come for a dark skies walk! Walking at night can be incredible. The same familiar places can be completely new at night. It can be exciting and rewarding, leaving you feeling utterly buzzing and refreshed.
We’ll be doing the classic Dales circuit of Janet’s Foss waterfall, Gordale Scar and the epic Malham Cove at night. If we have clear skies we’ll be able to walk by the light of the full moon but we’ll also guide you through a sensory journey that’ll ramp up your feel-good factor.
Once ‘in the zone’ through this mindful activity, star gazing and the incredibly diverse landscape we’ll be in can increase your ability to feel awe. An emotion now considered more important than happiness.
