Magical Moonlit Meander- full moon experience for women
Saturday 24th February 2024 from 17:30pm to 20:30pm
Gilling Castle
The Avenue, Gilling East, North Yorkshire, YO62 4HP
This is a beautiful opportunity to switch off, slow down and take time out for you. Align yourself with the rhythms of nature. Give yourself time to reconnect with yourself and the ‘YOU’ you left behind somewhere.
This experience will allow you to do this – and so much more.
I’ll take you on a magical moonlit sensory meander that leaves your senses zinging. Moving slowly, you’ll experience the night in a completely different way. Feel the cold, crisp air as you breathe. Hear owls hooting and crunching leaves underfoot. Let the smell of nature awaken your awareness of this precious moment.
Afterwards, you’ll cast your eyes on the celestial heavens above while I show you a different way to stargaze and moon-bathe. A contemplation on the dark night sky that’ll leave you feeling awe-inspired yet grounded.
