Spindrift Barn - Exford

The barn is beautifully appointed and full of character, created from finds at local salvage yards and antique shops. The staircase winds around a massive newel post from a wharf in West Sussex, and the name “Spindrift Barn” is inspired by the connections with the sea and the feeling of inspiration and relaxation that the barn provides.

We are within the Exmoor Dark Skies Reserve, and there are Velux windows over the bed so you can stargaze in comfort! Your hosts Jennie and Malcolm are happy to organise a stargazing evening just for you with a firepit and optional supper. Or you could join one of our regular group events locally.

We are a short riverside walk from Exford with its two pubs and popular tearoom.

There is a wood burner and underfloor heating in the lounge with a generous, fully equipped kitchen (washer/drier, dishwasher) at one end. With a walk-in rain forest shower, infrared sauna and a fabulously comfortable double bed you are guaranteed a restful and indulgent break!
