New Hall Water Mill is one of the last remaining water mills in the Birmingham area and is open to the public on specific days of the year. The Birmingham Astronomical Society often supports these open days, which hosts solar observing sessions.


New Hall Water Mill is a private location and is only accessible out of normal hours for stargazing by prior arrangement or when public events are scheduled.
