Live Views of the Moon!

Thursday 18th February 2021 from 20:00pm to Thursday 25th February 2021 21:00pm

Join one of the Go Stargazing astronomers for real time views of the Moon! Using a large aperture telescope we'll be streaming live throughout the course of the National Parks Virtual Dark Skies Festival 2021. As this event is weather dependent we're not sure of the exact date, however we have astronomers from the North of Scotland down to South Wales on standby for clear skies! It's likely we'll run several of these live sessions, weather permitting, so sign up below to receive email notification in good time for when we do plan to go live. Note that access to the live stream will be via our public facebook page which does not require a facebook account or login to access.

This event takes place as part of the National Parks Virtual Dark Skies Festival 2021, an annual celebration of the wonderful dark skies above the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors International Dark Sky Reserves.

This online event is being organised by Go Stargazing who should be contacted if you have any queries.
