Join experienced astrophotographer Gary Lintern capturing images of the Geminids meteor shower from a dark sky location in Weardale. Meeting at a pre-arranged location in Stanhope (we have presumed the Durham Dales Centre) your small group of no more than 10 will drive out to the best dark sky location nearby. This event is ideal for those with some experience using their camera settings (setting shutter speed, ISO, focussing manually) and you'll certainly need a camera tripod!
- Event offers guidance and tuition on how to take night-time photographs using a camera and tripod or using a telescope in place of a camera lens.
