Members of the public are invited to this regular weekly Tuesday evening informal meeting at the Guernsey Observatory at Rue du Lorier, St Pierre du Bois, starting at around 8.00pm to 8:30pm depending on the time of year.

Members of the group will be observing with the telescopes if it is clear, and if not will be chatting about various astronomical matters quite likely over a cup of tea!

The group is very keen to encourage interest in astronomy within the community, especially to younger astronomers. Please do get in touch with them and pop along to one of their meetings!

- Event will involve stargazing and observing the skies through telescopes weather permitting

- Event run by a local astronomical society often involving an in-depth presentation by a guest speaker often with observing afterwards if weather permits. Most societies welcome members of the public to join them sometimes for a small fee or donation.
