Keswick Star Gazing Night

Join fantastic astronomers from the Cockermouth Astronomical Society for an evening of gazing at the fabulous skies above Keswick.
Note that this event has been re-arranged for 8th November from 1st November due to weather forecast.
We’ll have telescopes set up, but do bring your own, binoculars and phones with tripods.
Here’s to a clear night and being able to see being able to see the Milky Way and many more amazing stars, planets and more wonders of the universe…
Wear warm clothes, a hat and gloves. Try to use a Head Torch with a Red Light (this doesn’t spoil your night vision).

This is event is free, though you are welcome to make a donation on the night.
This event takes place as part of the Cumbria Dark Skies Festival 2024.
