Kestle Barton by night… with Astronomer Carolyn Kennett, including a bonfire dinner, nighttime sculpture exhibition and viewing the peak of the Perseid meteor shower.
Carolyn will talk about the folklore and history surrounding the sky, particularly the Perseids and the Milky Way.
You will end the evening watching the meteor shower and looking through a telescope at brighter objects in the sky (weather permitting).
