Kelling Heath Star Party is the largest in the UK, hundreds of amateur astronomers meet under the dark skies of north Norfolk with a wide variety of telescopes and equipment. This is a public event however be aware of strict rules regarding the use of white light and 'noise pollution' in the mornings -- mornings are for lie-ins after a long night observing (or in the bar!).
- Event is a hosted at a dark sky location such as a remote campsite over several nights usually around a new moon when the skies are dark.
This event is being organised by Loughton Astronomical Society who should be contacted if you have any queries. We highly recommend you confirm this event is indeed going ahead before travelling.
