Norfolk Arms - Sheffield
2 Ringinglow Road, Sheffield, S11 7TS
Join Sheffield Hallam University and the Sheffield Astronomical Society for an evening of science and stargazing at one of Sheffield’s most picturesque pubs.
The launch event for Sheffield Hallam’s Science Week programme, the evening will see academics from the University’s Physics and Engineering departments deliver a talk on the science behind the stars, followed by a chance to stargaze yourself alongside experts from the Sheffield Astronomical Society, so wrap up warm!
The event is suitable for all ages, with food and refreshments available to purchase throughout. Like everything in Sheffield, the stargazing is weather dependent, but there are worse places to be stuck indoors than the Norfolk Arms.
