Join the members of Hertford Astronomy Group for this special event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landings…

Using contemporary images and video, and bringing along 50-year-old models, newspapers and other materials, and drawing on his extensive knowledge of the Apollo programme, Jerry Stone will give his personal view of this incredible voyage of exploration.

Jerry is a recognised a space expert – especially on Apollo. He gave his first space talk – about the Apollo missions – back in 1969 and now he is a Freelance Space Presenter and author of “One Small Step”, a book commemorating the Moon landings which he would be happy to sign.

Doors open at 19:30 ready for 20:00 start. Small entrance fee for non-members.
