
Here comes the Sun - Solar Observing

Celebrate the Vernal (Spring) Equinox by watching the fiery surface of the Sun from the garden of the Herschel Museum of Astronomy, where Uranus was discovered in 1781.
The solar telescopes and Bath Astronomers will be in the garden from 12 noon to 5 pm to guide you so you can observe the Sun safely and tell you more about your nearest star.
