Join an experienced team of astronomers from Go Stargazing for an evening exploring the fabulous skies above the Northumberland International Dark Sky Park from the fantastic location of The Sill.
This event takes place during a new moon and therefore the skies will be at their darkest — with no moonlight it’s by far the best time to stargaze with the Milky Way being readily visible overhead.
Enjoy an astronomical themed presentation and a guided tour of the constellations with large aperture telescopes being on hand to observe fascinating deep sky objects. A great evening out suitable for astronomers aged 11+. Wrap up warm! Prior booking required (early booking recommended!)
