Rediscover a sense of belonging and connection through guided practices of wonder and awe, beginning with an immersion into our immediate environment in the forest within the city and gradually expanding further and further outwards to the edges of the Universe with certified forest bathing guide Katie Mills and mindful stargazing expert Mark Westmoquette.
