A celebration of the 50th anniversary of the first manned moon landing. Offers some ‘luna’ fun for all the family. Exhibition of space history and technology, space science, competition (children’s pictures of space) memorabilia, various stalls, tombola, raffle as well as a chance to watch the aircraft and a chance to win a free flight in a light aircraft. Entry is free but ideally tickets needed in advance, available from the airfield. Food available all day.
