If you are looking for something to keep the kids interested before going back to school and something to amaze you, then look no further than — SPACE!
The Mid-Kent Astronomical Society offers an exciting evening of talks and displays about astronomy and space with some hands-on activities for the younger children from age five upwards. There will be plenty to occupy the adults too!
Come along and learn about Space, Astronomy, and Rockets and weather permitting, go outside and look at some interesting astronomical sights through a selection of telescopes. No booking is needed, the entrance fee is only £1 and is payable on the door.
