Experience the amazing dark skies above Dalby Forest!
First, there’ll be warming drinks and delicious hot food. We’ll then take you on a short, sensory night-time walk. Why? Because it’s fun! Walking at night is such an incredible thing to do because it makes you feel amazing and enhances your experience. You’ll essentially see and hear so much more. Teens will love it too!
This will be followed by an outstanding astronomer, who will point out a few things in the night sky. You’ll be able to look at celestial objects through telescopes too. But if it’s a cloudy evening, he’s got a few things lined up indoors, so you’ll still learn lots and be amazed.
At the end of this experience, your feel-good factor will be ramped up too!
This event is part of the North York Moors Dark Skies Festival 2023.
