Bannau Brecheiniog Dark Sky Festival presentation - Artemis mission to the Moon (and stargazing)

The Artemis mission signals the potential for a return to the Moon. Are we at the start of a new space race? Are we continuing the Apollo missions? Are we going to have a permanent base on the Moon? In this talk Greg Titley, Secretary of Cardiff astronomical society, will discuss what the aims of the mission and the effect it will have on the Moon, the Earth & beyond. Greg will also discuss what we could expect, who could be involved in an exciting ambitious new mission.

Prior to the talk you will be stargazing with telescopes & binoculars with Cardiff & Usk Astronomical Societies at 7pm-8pm.
