Penbont House Tearooms, Bed and Breakfast
Penbont House, Elan Valley, LH6 5HS
Come and celebrate Wales Dark Sky Week with a special event at Penbont House.
After a light buffet, join the Elan Valley Dark Skies Team as they give a talk about the Elan Valley International Dark Sky Park and what to look out for in the night sky during the spring. There will also be a demonstration of the type of stargazing equipment you can use to get to know the night sky.
If the skies are clear, we will head up to Cosmic Cwtsh, our stargazing shelter, for a spot of stargazing. This event is suitable for beginners. This event is suitable for people aged ten and upwards. £12 per person – booking is essential. Meet at Penbont House at 6.30 pm.
This event takes place as part of Welsh Dark Skies Week 2023.
Please note that this has already taken place on 25/02/2023
