Escape to the North York Moors and enjoy an unforgettable stargazing experience with your friends and family. Travel to a dark sky location and receive expert guidance from Astronomer Richard Darn, observing planets, nebulae and distant galaxies through a telescope.
For this event, the amazing worlds of Saturn, Jupiter and Mars will be in the sky with a rising moon lighting the eastern horizon. We’ll also keep our eyes peeled for meteors burning up in the wake of the Leonid meteor shower, which peaks just a couple of days before.
This event can be booked just as an excursion from the hotel that includes a discount in “The Rise” restaurant. Alternatively you can book a package! Relax and unwind with an included two-course meal, overnight stay and a full Yorkshire breakfast before departing!
