Experience the beauty of the forest at night with this sensory forest bathing session with the team from Lakeland Wellbeing accompanied by Dark Skies Ambassador Jen Grange. A magical adventure, the dark heightens our senses enveloping us in a host of new and exciting experiences.
Our slow and mindful journey through the forest allows us to open our awareness to nighttime sounds, nocturnal wildlife, dark skies and hopefully plenty of stars. Seeking out the planets and constellations, we may be lucky enough to see the Milky Way before engaging in mindful stargazing as we lie back and look up at the night sky.
You will require a reasonable level of mobility for this activity. We will be walking approx 2km on trails and uneven ground.
Please note that this has already taken place on 09/11/2022
