Moor Lane, Murton, YO19 5XD, Yorkshire and The Humber
Observe the comet 46P/Wirtanen as it reaches its closest approach with Earth along with members of The York Astronomical Society at their favoured stargazing location Beetle Bank Farm. Expectations of this comet are high with anticipation that it will become bright enough to see with the naked eye.
