Join “Dark Sky Dan Oakley” for this evening of stargazing in the wonderfully dark village of Buriton located in the heart of the South Downs Dark Sky Reserve.  Dan was influential in helping the park achieve Dark Sky Reserve status — find out why this is important and how protecting the dark skies benefits all of us with an introductory talk and then stargazing on the recreation field nearby.  The event is free of charge however reservation required.  Part of the South Downs Dark Skies Festival 2017.
