Trinity School Observatory

Everyone is welcome to join members of the Border Astronomical Society for this one of their regular meetings at the Trinity School Observatory in Carlisle. These meetings take place on the second Thursday of each month from September through to April and their timetable of events include casual, informal meetings as well as presentations by guest speakers. The opportunity to observe through their observatory’s large aperture 16″ reflecting telescope takes priority if the weather permits. Attending the events is free of charge however a donation is welcomed which goes towards costs and improvements.
