Have you fancied being able to capture the night sky with your camera, but don’t know how? Come along to this workshop in Cassiobury Park where experts will show you how to shoot the night sky including the best settings that your camera should set to. With your mobile & DSLR you will be able to take photos of the planets or stars with the telescopes provided by the South West Herts Astronomical Society. Booking required.

Event darkness

The Moon has a big impact on the visibility of celestial bodies in the night sky. Try to plan your stargazing when there is no bright Moon at night as this is when the skies will be at their darkest.
