Gilbert White Field Studies Centre

This 10 week informal course taking place at the fabulous Gilbert White Field Study Centre is perfect for anyone with an interest in astronomy. Run by Graham Bryant from the Hampshire Astronomical Group the course is tailored or absolute beginners and covers a whole range of topics from the history of astronomy to how telescopes work. Whenever the weather permits there will be practical sessions outside. The course costs £100 per person and runs from 5th September through to 24th November.
Update 04/09/19 it appears that this event has been cancelled as it is no longer featured on the Gilbert White Field Study Centre website.
