Each day offers a nourishing blend of yoga, meditation, and qigong practices to help foster mindfulness, cultivate energy, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world. As night falls, we’ll gather under moonless skies—carefully chosen dates ensure evenings are dark and star-filled—to experience the awe and wonder of mindful stargazing.

You’ll enjoy freshly prepared, locally sourced vegetarian and vegan meals, and have time to relax in the peaceful gardens at Rural Retreat France. The retreat setting offers comfort, WiFi, and space to unwind between sessions.

This retreat welcomes everyone with a reasonable level of movement and fitness. No previous experience in meditation, yoga, qigong, or stargazing is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore your connection to the cosmos.
