This event is one of a regular monthly open evenings at Alston Observatory and offers a wonderful opportunity for members of the public to visit this research-grade facility. Tickets are free of charge however prior booking is required.
If the skies are clear you’ll be invited to observe through their huge 70cm diameter state of the art robotic telescope. If the weather isn’t so kind enjoy an astronomical presentation in their Discovery Dome.
