Enjoy an informal astronomy evening with the friendly Members of the Abingdon Astronomical Society. The session includes presentations aimed at beginners and novice astronomers covering the basics of amateur astronomy, with topics changing each month from what can be seen in the night sky, various astronomical phenomena and choosing a telescope. Anyone interested in the night sky and astronomy is guaranteed a warm welcome.
