Siblyback Lake Activity Centre - Bodmin Moor
Tremar, Liskeard, PL14 6ER
Join Caradon Observatory and South West Lakes Trust for an autumnal stargazing experience – a Dark Skies event at Siblyback Lake. Designated in 2017 by the International Dark-Sky Association, Siblyback Lake on Bodmin Moor is an International Dark Sky Landscape, offering a fantastic opportunity to see and learn more about the magnificent Bodmin Moor Dark Skies.
Following the success of the previous stargazing event in August, this time, the experts from Caradon Observatory will be looking into the death of stars. Clear skies permitting, there will be an opportunity to stargaze using the ‘big Dob’ and two refractors on EQ (computer controlled) mounts.
Prior booking required!
Please note that this event has already taken place on 12/10/2019
