Join astronomer Richard Darn for an amazing night on the moon at the wonderful new Star Hub at Sutton Bank National Park Centre.
This is a chance to observe our nearest neighbour’s deep craters and lofty mountains in space through powerful telescopes. Richard will even show you how to take a picture with your mobile phone!
Plus, tour the other stars of late Autumn, enjoy an interactive planetarium inside the warm Hub and get the chance to handle space rocks.
This event is suitable for adults and children over six years old and is perfect for novices, and goes ahead in all weather (unless conditions are hazardous). Warm refreshments are included in the ticket price.
