Heart of England Astronomical Society meeting
Thursday every week from October 2021 to August 2022
The Old Telephone Exchange - Furnace End
Tamworth Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B46 2LL
The Heart of England Astronomical Society meets every Thursday evening throughout the year from 9 pm onwards at the ‘Old Exchange’ meeting rooms in the village of Furnace End, North Warwickshire.
These meetings are primarily informal get-togethers and offer an opportunity for members to catch up. The location is fantastic — the old telephone exchange transformed into a comfortable and well-equipped meeting room that also benefits from amazing dark skies! The group welcomes new members, especially those who need some help with their telescope!
The last Thursday of each month are formal group meetings, which start at 8:30 pm; however, they may occur only online due to Covid. Therefore, we recommend contacting the group before setting off to confirm your attendance.
Please note that this has already taken place on 01/10/2021
