The Heads of the Valleys Astronomical Society (HOVAS) is a friendly society with a welcoming atmosphere operating in the Blaenau Gwent Area for anyone interested in studying the Moon, planets, stars or any aspect of space or astronomy. Everyone is welcome to join them for their twice-monthly meetings, which feature visiting and resident speakers and workshops.
