Breckland Astronomical Society organise free public observing nights at their observatory on the last Friday of the darker months thought the year. This therefore usually excludes the months of May, June and July.
Everyone is welcome to attend these events including families (children must be accompanied by adults) and beginners. Experience incredible views of planets, stars, galaxies and nebulae views through their large 20-inch aperture telescope! If you have a telescope of your own bring it along for expert advice.
There is no need to book for this event; just turn up on the night.
