This week it’s a Perseids special – find out the best times and places to see the best shooting star shower of the year.
We’ll cover all sorts of astronomical happenings, let you know where and when is best for stargazing, tips for beginners and stargazing getaways. From time-to-time there’ll be some fab prizes for you to win too.
We will be joined by our special guest superstar, Cath Adams. Cath is an avid stargazer and member of the Wolverhampton Astronomical Society. She’ll be sharing best tips on how to see the Perseids with the family.
We may even get a guest appearance from Billy – the most disapproving cat in the universe. He gets jealous of Cath’s telescopes and is often photographed with a scowl on his face. Perhaps Vicky can soothe him with the song she’s made for him. Unlikely.
Cosmo the sloth has been off on his adventures, on board an MSG Meteorite – can you guess where he’s been?
