Stargazing in West Midlands

Escape the light pollution of the big towns and cities in the West Midlands, and you will see planets, shooting stars and far-away constellations.

The Shropshire Hills AONB is an excellent stargazing region with several dark sky discovery sites making it publicly accessible.

Head to places like the Clent Hills in Worcester or Barr Beacon, the only Dark Sky Discovery Site in the West Midlands, for excellent views.
